Referral · Sales partners
You know a business that has outgrown its 3PL, is wrestling with a warehouse or fulfillment setup, or needs a seasoned supply chain leader without a full-time hire. Introduce them to Silk Road and earn a share of net revenue on every engagement that closes, whether they work with Silk Road SCM or Silk Road AI Solutions. One code, one link, one dashboard. No cost, no quota, nothing to sell unless you want to.
You earn when we get paid. Every dollar is visible in your dashboard.
How partners earn
Every commission is a share of net revenue: everything the client pays Silk Road, setup and implementation fees included, less payment processing fees. Commissions are calculated as revenue is received and paid monthly.
Most Silk Road SCM work is a defined engagement: an operations assessment, a 3PL or warehouse selection, a fulfillment build-out, or a fractional supply chain leadership role. These pay a flat 20% of net revenue for the length of the project, for referral and sales partners alike. Consulting projects typically run $10,000 to $40,000; fractional leadership engagements typically run $25,000 to $150,000.
For consultants, freight and 3PL professionals, bookkeepers, and anyone whose clients trust their recommendations. You send a name and a reason; Dallas runs the discovery call and the engagement.
For people with a sales background and a network of operators. You present the decks and proposals Silk Road builds, work the prospect from first contact through handoff, and keep earning as long as the account stays.
How it works
Book a 30-minute intro call. We'll pick your tier, sign a short partner agreement, and set you up with a partner code and referral link the same day.
Use the ready-made email and LinkedIn copy in your dashboard, or send us a lead directly. Anyone who books through your link is credited to you automatically.
When a business you introduced signs, every payment Silk Road receives creates a commission line in your dashboard at your rate. Payouts go out monthly.
Worked example
A referral partner introduces an e-commerce brand that has outgrown its 3PL. Silk Road runs a 3PL selection and transition project at $40,000 net. The partner's role ended at the introduction.
Figures are illustrative. Actual engagement sizes vary by scope.
Who makes a great partner
You hear it first when a shipper's warehouse is the bottleneck or their 3PL relationship is breaking down.
You know which prospects need an assessment before they sign, and which clients are a mismatch for your model but a fit for someone else's.
You get asked about supply chain and AI every week. Now you have an answer that comes with a share of the upside.
You see which clients are losing margin to freight, inventory, and fulfillment. You're the first person they'd ask about fixing it.

Questions partners ask
A decision maker at a business with a real supply chain or operations problem: a 3PL or warehouse that isn't working, a fulfillment setup to build or fix, freight spend to get under control, or a leadership gap that needs a seasoned hand. Growing e-commerce brands, manufacturers, and distributors are the sweet spot. You introduce them; we qualify them on the first call.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue as Silk Road receives it from the client and paid monthly. Net revenue means everything the client pays, setup and implementation fees included, less payment processing fees. You can see every line, calculated and paid, in your partner dashboard.
The tier schedule is built for accounts that pay every month for years. A consulting project or a fractional leadership role has a defined scope and end date, so it pays a flat 20% of everything the client pays over the life of the project. If the same client later signs an ongoing engagement, that account goes on the tier schedule from its own start date.
Not as a referral partner. You make the introduction and Dallas runs the sale and the engagement. Contracted sales partners take a bigger share on ongoing accounts because they work the prospect from first contact through handoff, using decks and proposals Silk Road provides.
No. There is no fee, no quota, and no minimum. We sign a short partner agreement, you get a partner code and a referral link, and you earn when businesses you introduce become paying clients.
The partner who registered the account first. Booking through your referral link registers it to you automatically; a lead you send by email is logged against your code the day it arrives. A registered account counts as yours if it signs and makes its first payment within 180 days of registration.
Yes. One code and one referral link cover both brands. If the business you introduce buys AI systems from Silk Road AI Solutions (lead follow-up, customer communication, document processing, dashboards), that account pays on the tier schedule above. Learn more at silkroadaisolutions.com/partners.
